Don't Be Average
If you are like 50% of Americans, the New year’s resolution is to lose weight and get in shape. However, only a small percentage of people actually reach their fitness goals. Most start off on track, join a health club and workout 3-4 times per week and start to see results.
Then it happens, progress slows down, frustration sets in and the next thing you know, working out only happens a couple times a month or not at all.
